Time to do a bit of updating and upkeep for the blog, here are a list of races I did last year (2009) including results and links to the race websites. Look for the proposed 2010 schedule to appear soon!
March 1st - B&A Marathon : 5th 2hrs 49mins
May 9th - New Jersey Devilman 1/2 Ironman: 3hrs 6mins 3rd
May 17th - Columbia Triathlon: 2hrs 10mins 26th (2nd AG)
June 14th - Eagleman 70.3m: 4hrs 20mins 33rd (5th AG)
July 11th - Diamond In the Rough Triathlon: 2hrs 6mins 4th (1st AG)
Aug 16th - Lums Pond Triathlon: 1hr 18mins 5th (1st AG)
Aug 30th -Ironman Louisville: 9hrs 56mins 64th (11th AG)
Oct 4th - Metric Marathon: 1hr 42mins 3rd (1st AG)
Nov 1st - Pittsburgh Half Marathon 1hr 18mins 19th (2nd AG)
Nov 22th - Cold Turkey 10km: 34mins 29secs 3rd
My triathlon results enabled me to be ranked in the top 100 nationally and so am an All-American for the 3rd year in a row, which is cool.
I also managed to get a decent amount of road races in this past year, I think I did 12 or so, which are really good training and it's always great to race with the team.
