Training Camp.......

The new passport finally arrived and so the Endurance Junkie Running Camp is now booked and all places are sold out already!

What Does the Camp Include:

One week in the Dominican Republic, all-inclusive, on the beach, mountains in close range and average highs of 85 degrees! Structured daily running sessions and an on-site coach courtesy of Endurance Junkie Coaching

What Are the Camp Goals:

An overload of run training to specifically target the upcoming local races of the B&A 1/2 Marathon on March 7th and the National Marathon on March 20th. The program of the camp is designed to help improve on running technique and speed as well as overall fitness. The daily schedule is structured to take full advantage of the warm weather and coaching expertise.

What to Expect at the Camp:

A daily schedule of Run, Eat, Relax, Run, Relax, Eat, Sleep multiply by seven!

Should be a great camp and hopefully will give a huge boost to the start of the season :-)
