Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas Everyone,

I hope that everyone has a great day and a happy holiday.

I think after the Christmas dinner I will try and sneak in a short run for an hour or so......that means I can eat more Christmas Pudding (a good english dessert....although very rich and fattening!).

I'll be back out on the bike tomorrow for a few hours.....what can I say, it's a good habit!
