Upcoming....Blackwater Traverse

Time has been a bit short of late, so I will have to update in a longer post in the near future. Coming up this weekend is the Blackwater Traverse over in Cambridge (again!) and is a qualifier for the long-distance Duathlon World Championships in Richmond, VA. The hot weather is making a comeback and race day is forecast for 95 degrees and high humidity, hence the 7:00am start time. I'll let you know how it goes......
