1st Annual #StokedLife New Years Day Ride
Solid ride today to start 2017, 90 miles with the boys and powered by Gu Energy Labs (Caramel Coffee Stroopwafel is awesome). Downside was a couple of small bouts of SVT.....going back a couple of posts it may be related to poor hydration over the past couple of days! Must do better. Onwards and upwards as the Xterra season gets ever closer.
