I'm ending the season this weekend at Savageman 70.3 and it should be a tough race. Training has been consistent since IM Lake Placid, not massive hours, just solid hours. The Savageman course is a real test and so it will be a good way to end the season. I'll review the year at a later time but it's been a mixed bag this season and so a good result will be a boost heading into the off-season.
Next year is shaping up to to be an epic one with three major races:
American Zofingen in May
Eagleman 70.3m in June
Ironman Wisconsin in September
Looking forward to it already!
The training ramblings of an Endurance Junkie....tend to ride my bike with the occasional swim and run.

- Still reflecting on @gravel_worlds from this past weekend. 150miles of primo gravel in Lincoln NE with 10,000ft of climbing. It was hard but I went for it and utimately paid the price in the last hour when I cracked, really cracked. Crawled to the finish just over 9hrs after starting.....but yes it was fun! . . . . . #gravelworlds #gravelride #IFB #parvillacycles #cycling #vandessel #lincoln
