Been spending most of the day chilling and watching the live coverage online from the Ironman World Championships in Kona. Every year it just makes me more determined to get there....perhaps next year.
Oh, and Crowie won for the 2nd year in a row and Chrissie Wellington broke the women's course record while winning for the 3rd straight year! My tip for the title, Chris Lieto lead off the bike and came 2nd.
